The One-2-One operations screen features user friendly, clear comprehensive display with many user customisable features.

• Each of the blue bars may be dragged to adjust the size of the associated panel
• The skin may be changed to provide a different presentation according to taste. 10 skins are provided and two additional of these skins are shown further down this page. The second image also shows the term font customisation feature.
• The skins and font customisations will simply be cosmetic features for many users however this capability covers an important responsibility to address the needs of users who may have vision issues requirements needing special color or size adjustments.
• Single click easy navigation and full featured thesaurus, classification and, optionally for RM requirements, retention and disposal management.
• One-2-One also includes a drag & drop feature to copy entire hierarchies within the structure. These may also be dragged from an external Access One-2-One database so additional items may be prepared off-line and included in the master structure when required. The drag & drop also includes classification numbering when used for HP Trim Classification structures.

The screen below shows one of the selectable skins and also demonstrates that the term font for level 1 has been set to display larger and italicised while the level 2 terms now use a bolded and larger font than shown in the screen layout above. These font settings are separate to the skin layout and therefore may be adjusted as required.
